DODA: Super Kings Cricket Club (SKCC) Doda registered win against Kastigarh Eleven by eight wickets in the ongoing All India 11th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2015 played at Sports Stadium Doda on Sunday.
The tournament is being organised by Young Star Cricket Club (YSCC) Doda and sponsored by J&K Bank, Natnoo Furnishing House Doda and Rashtriya Rifles Bn Doda.
Earlier batting first, Kastigarh Eleven was bundled out for a meager total of 57 runs in 14.2 overs. Hatim and Shakeel scored 24 and five runs respectively.
For SKCC, Davinder was the most successful bowler who took four wickets while Mudassir and Ashwani shared one each.
In reply, SKCC Doda managed to chase the stipulated target in just 5.4 overs by losing two wickets. Vijay was the highest scorer with 20 runs while Mohinder contributed 19 runs. For Kastigarh Eleven, Arfat Pathan took one wicket.
Davinder was declared as Man of the Match for his best bowling performance. The match was officiated by Yasir Dar, Irshad Malik and Salinder Singh Bhaduria.
