Jodhamal students take part in exchange programme at Udaipur

JAMMU: Team Jodhamal comprises of six students and two teachers returned home after attending seven days Exchange Programme at Maharana Mewar Public School, Udaipur.

The aim of this programme was to promote mutual understanding, leadership training, educational transformation and to gain firsthand knowledge of culture as well as exchange the educational ideas between the two institutions.

During the exchanges, students and educators participated in community service activities, cultural activities, leadership development and team building exercise.

Jodhamal team also visited the historical places  like Haldi Ghatii, City Palace, Shikarbad, Moti Magri, Sahelion-Ki-Bari, Fateh Sagar Lake, Lake Pichola, Jagmandir,  Eklingji Mandir  and  were mesmerized to see the beauty  of these places.

During their stay, Jodhamal  students had the privilege to meet the 76th Custodian of Mewar,  his highness, Shriji Arvind Sagar Mewar, who interacted with the children and blessed them.

The Jodhamal students presented Dogri folk song and Kashmiri song in the special assembly of Mewar Public School, which was appreciated by one and all.

The joint efforts of both the schools have created a strong bond and strengthen the relation between the two schools. Both the schools are looking forward to continue this kind of exchange programme in future also.
