Fifteen innocent civilians have yet again fallen victim to terror splinters in the Kashmir Valley. It will be premature to identify the terror outfit which lost their target of Khakis and stuck the civilian victims. However, alibi must be forthcoming from secessionists or over ground faces of terrorism, who in all probability will blame the Indian agencies for the ‘cowardice’ act. It has been a routine SoP of terror sympathisers in the Valley.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for such of the political parties in Kashmir, which have been swearing by terrorists, to call spade a spade and come down heavily who have made poor Kashmiris fodder of Pakistani cannons?
