NOWSHERA: Due to shortage of doctors and para medicos in Sub District Hospital (SDH) Nowshera, the patients coming from Line of Control and other distant places have to be referred to District Hospital Rajouri or to Government Medical College (GMC) Hospital Jammu.
The PDP leader Ajit Singh said that the hospital is short of seven Assistant Surgeons, Physician and Anesthesiologist. The hospital has also not been provided with E and T and Orthopedics which is an inescapable necessity of the vast area.
Ajit Singh appealed to the Health Minister to take immediate steps to provide the number of doctors and para medicos required in the Sub District Hospital.
