KATHUA: State Bank of India, College Road Kathua organised a quiz contest on Financial Inclusion (Financial Literacy in Schools) at Govt. High School Kharote in which students of four schools of the area i.e. Govt. High School Kharote, Shivalik Bal Niketan Senior Secondary School, R.S. Golden Higher Sec. School and Navjagriti High School participated.
Govt. High School Kharote bagged the first position while Shivalik Balnikatan Kharote got second position. On behalf of Govt. High School Kharote; Jasbir Kumar, Ranju Devi, Aman Bhagat, and Sourab Singh, participated in the quiz.
K.J Raina, Branch Manager, distributed the prizes to the winners and also gifts to participants, while Gulshan Kumar of SBI managed the quiz. Parminder Pal Singh Headmaster Govt. High. School Kharote and Malhar Singh Principal of Shivalik Balniketan Higher Sec. School Kharote with other staff members and students were also present during the event.
