JAMMU: Jammu Newspaper Editors Association on Friday met Minister of State for Information, Priya Sethi and submitted a memorandum related to the problems being faced by newspaper fraternity regarding advertisements, liabilities and payment.

The delegation comprising Ravinder Singh President Jammu Newspaper Editors Association, Ritesh Kapoor Senior Vice President, Rajeev Mahajan General Secretary, Vinod Sharma Treasurer and Vikul Gupta Executive Member was led by Adarsh Pal Gupta Chairman. The editors apprised the MoS Information in detail about the problems being faced by the Jammu Local Newspapers.

She assured the delegation that she will discuss the issues with the Chief Minister to resolve the same on priority.

Senior BJP leader Yudhvir Sethi was also present on the occasion.
