JAMMU : A young doctor and two of his friends from Akhnoor town were killed in a road mishap late last night at Kangra, Himachel Pradesh while their another friend was seriously injured when the Bolero Car they were travelling in hit a vehicle and fell into a deep gorge.
The victims have been identified as Dr Rohin Sharma, son of Sat Pal Sharma, resident of Ball Bagh, Akhnoor; Sandeep Bhau, son of Daler Singh, resident of Shanti Colony Akhnoor and Rashu Gupta, son of Rakesh Kumar Gupta, resident of Manda, Akhnoor who died on the spot while the injured has been identified as Pawan Kumar, resident of Sungal, Akhnoor.
Bodies of the deceased were handed over to their families after autopsy while seriously injured Pawan was evacuated to PGI Chandigarh for specialized treatment.
