UDHAMPUR: Dhruva Army Pre-Primary School Udhampur celebrated Annual Day in the premises of school with great fun and zeal.
Maj. Gen. AP Rai SM, VSM GOC 71 Sub area was the Chief Guest who inaugurated the function by lighting the traditional lamp melodious with Vedic Mantra recitation. Principal of the School Suchandra Ghosh welcomed the Chief Guest and other dignitaries and readout the annual report of school.
She highlighted the mark able achievements been made by the students in various field with the active support of the staff. She also briefed about the various activities and programmes undergone during the session.
Thereafter tinny-tots of the school presented cultural programmes with a welcome song. Students presented various activities including Saraswati Vandna, action and devotional song, regional dances, break dance.
Chief Guest Maj Gen. AP Rai praised the all participants for their nice presentation and extended his good wishes to them for their participation and exhibiting their talent. Chief Guests also distributed the prizes among the best performers.
