Jammu: The cavalcade of BJP leader and ex cricketer Navjot Singh Sidhu was today attacked by unidentified men with stones damaging the vehicles in Chatha area of Jammu, which is dominated by the Sikh community.
He was attacked by Sikhs who also showed black flags to him during the violent demonstration. They were protesting against the hurting of religious sentiments. A vehicle was also damaged however Sidhu escaped unhurt.
Sikh community has demanded an apology from Sidhu. Two policemen were also injured in the attack.
