BALAKOTE: Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under Romeo Force conducted a lecture to motivate students to join army after high school for the local youth and students at Balakote in Rajouri on Tuesday. The aim of the event was to extend awareness amongst students and youth hailing from remote and far flung areas regarding provisions to join army after completing high school. The lecture was conducted to motivate students to join army and the target audience being the students and local youth who are eligible to join army.
The motivational lecture was much appreciated by students, parents and teachers present during the lecture. The Sarpanch and the villagers thanked the Indian Army for the efforts and said such gestures are very encouraging and the students and unemployed youth of remote villages are indebted for the knowledge they got by the lecture.
