SAMBA: Bollywood actor and Congress Member of Parliament Raj Babbar on Sunday campaigned for Congress candidate from Samba Assembly Constituency Subash Bhagat in Samba and termed him as icon of development.
The road show started from party office Samba and moving on to National Highway Samba, Kheli Mandi, Sangwali Mandi, Kher Mandi, Garh Mandi, Chohhata Chowk, Main Bazar Samba, Link Road Samba, Border Road Samba reached back at party office Samba. The people of Samba gave warm welcome to Raj Babbar.
“Subash Bahgat is an Icon of development. He is a man of development. His politics starts with development and end with development,” Babbar said while addressing a gathering during a road show in Samba.
Unlike BJP which is fighting elections on rhetoric of Modi, Congress is contesting elections on historical back ground in freedom struggle, its’ tireless and continuous efforts to develop infrastructure in the country which have benefited the people of the country said Raj Babbar Member of parliament.
Among others those participated in the rally campaigning including, Parkash Sharma Distt President Samba, Vinod Kumar District Youth President Samba and Vinod Misra Gen Sec Congress Samba.
