JAMMU: Giving impetus to his election campaign, Congress candidate from Raipur-Domana Assembly Constituency, Mula Ram on Thursday said that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is trying to divide and polarise the people of the State particularly of Jammu region only to stall the progress and development.
He said, “I am happy that people have understood their cheap game plan and are ready to vote with sagacity and wisdom to frustrate their nefarious agenda.”
Addressing meetings at Seri-Panditaan and Chak villages, Mula Ram listened to the grievances of residents and said that there is need to further accelerate the process of progress and development in the Raipur Domana constituency.
He also said that no stone will be left unturned to convert this Assembly constituency into a ‘model constituency’ of the State. He appealed to the people to cast their vote in favour of a right candidate and informed the people about developmental works undertaken by him in the past in the constituency. Organising Secretary PCC, Hari Singh Chib and President Block Congress, Talentar Singh were also made passionate appealed to the voters to press the Hand button and elect Congress candidate.
