BILLAWAR: BJP candidate for Billawar Constituency Dr. Nirmal Singh addressed public meetings at village Parnalla, Pallan,Mouni, Seri and Berail villages.
While addressing the gathering he said that the present Coalition Govt. has failed to solve the problems of common man during its regime of six years adding that the condition of roads connecting to villages are in bad condition.
He said the road condition from Dayalchack to Billawar is known to everyone and causes regular road accidents. If a Govt. could not care of basic needs of the people what did they do in last six years it is matter of thought, Nirmal questioned.
