It is difficult to justify that delay in examination is beneficial or not because it is beneficial depending upon students thinking.
Students who are in fear and frustrated due to examination because of their incomplete preparation for exams are happy. According to their point of view that the time delay between reading and test is beneficial for effective studying and examination.
But considering the students who are fully prepared for exams and have an aim to sit and qualify the professional exams are frustrated due to delay and are unhappy. According to their point of view that they got lesser time for preparation of competitive exams thus spreading water over their dreams. It causes lesser time interval for preparation of exams for next session.
Private tutors are also in trauma because most of the tutors depend on fees of tuition but due to delay in examination they are unable to start new batches.
In nut shell delay is evil for future of students.
