SAMBA: Students of MV International School bagged eight medals (three gold, one silver and four bronze) in 13th Matsogi -Do State Championship 2014 and kept the name of the school high.
The event was organised by Matsogi-Do Association of Samba in the presence of Gurdeep Singh, General Secretary of Matsogi-Do Federation of India.
Series of competition under various categories were organized to select the students for national Matsogi-Do Championship.
Gold medals were won by Suryavardan (5th C), Naitik Tiwari (3rd D) and Vishal (7th B) in inner category; silver medal was won by Raghunandan (6th B) in open category; and bronze medals were bagged by Rishi (6th B), Jagdeep (6th B), Manvi Verma (5th A) and Vidyanti (5th B) in inner category.
Director Gourav Abrol and the Principal K.L Dogra congratulated the winners and the coach Vijender Singh Jamwal for their efforts.
