Congress, National Conference and Peoples Democratic Party are concerned over dumping of the vexed issue pertaining to abrogation of Article 370 by Bharatiya Janata Party during its ongoing campaign for elections to Legislative Assembly. Instead of being happy over saffron brigade’s ‘change of heart’, they are hammering the issue like hell by daring BJP to go ahead with their ‘sinister plans’. A senior Congress leader has vowed to uphold the cause of Jammuites on this account and if so, he better demonstrate it by seeking the abrogation of this Article which the people of this region feel distances Jammu and Kashmir from rest of the country.
Is it a matter of pride or shame for discredited politicians to change their stances as per their political expediencies?
