JAMMU: Yogananda College of Engineering and Technology (YCET), organised a workshop on inter personal professional communication skills. Brig. R.S Jamwal was the chief resource person. Thakur Shiv Dev Singh Jamwal Vice Chairman Jamwal Group of Educational Institutions (JGEI) was the Chief Guest while Guest of Honour was Dr. Seema Narian, Director YCET. Dean Academic Affairs, Er. B.R Verma and other senior faculty members besides students of YCET participated in the workshop.
The proceedings were initiated by Er Rajnish Magotra, Assistant Professor, Civil Department, YCET followed by welcome address by Dr. Seema Narian.
Brig. R.S Jamwal spoke on various modes of communication viz Intra personal communication, Interpersonal communication, organisational communication and mass communication, prefixing frame of reference to understand kinesics (body language), bubble intimacy (relationship frequency) and spiral relationship steered through facial expression, happiness, gestures, body movements and eye contact. I.S Walia, Training and Placement Cell presented the vote of thanks.
