CJ inaugurates Munisff Court at Nobra through Video conferencing

JAMMU: Chief Justice of J and K High Court M.M Kumar on Friday inaugurated Munsiff Court Nobra through video conferencing while Alternate Dispute Redressal Centre at Leh was inaugurated by Justice Mohammad Yaqoob Mir through the same mode.
During the inauguration Justice Ali Mohd Magrey and Justice Tashi Rabstan were also present and the Principal District and Sessions Judge Leh Kishore Kumar along with other Judicial Officers and President Bar Association Leh and other bar members also attended.
While inaugurating the building and the ADR Centre, Chief Justice highlighted the importance of ADR mechanism and the results such centres have yielded till date and the judicial officers were impressed to make full use of these centres in order to guide and help general public to settle their dispute through alternate redressal system. The ADR centre has been constructed at Leh at a cost of Rs 77.91 lakhs and the Munsiff Court building Nobra has been constructed at a cost of Rs 1.26 crore. JNF
