ANANTNAG: A meeting of Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers of six Assembly segments of Anantnag District was on Wednesday held under the chairmanship of District Election Officer, Anantnag to ensure free fair and transparent election in the district.
The District Election Officer impressed upon the Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers for putting in place all arrangements regarding election preparedness.
It was also given out in the meeting that revised three days election training schedule of employees has been formulated and the concerned officers were directed to ensure the presence of their subordinate staff in the said training programme. The training notification details are also available on official website of Anantnag District.
The training programme will be held in the morning session and evening session from 15th to 17th November, 2014 at Degree Collage Bijbehara, Degree Collage Boys Anantnag, Degree Collage Dooru, JNV Aishmuqam, Town Hall Achabal and Town Hall Kokernag.
Also one day training session of all master trainers for the six Assembly segments of Anantnag District will be held in the meeting Hall of Deputy Commissioners office.
