29 JEs of PW(R&B) Deptt assigned look-after charge of AEs; two promoted, 16 adjusted

JAMMU: The Government on Tuesday assigned look after charge of Assistant Engineers (Civil) of PW(R&B) Department to 29 Junior Engineers (JEs) and placed two Engineers as Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) and adjusted six Executive Engineers (XEns) among 16 officers. “”In continuation of the Government Order No. 415-PW (R&B) of 2022 dated November 25, 2022, read with Govt. Order No. 471 -PW (R&B) of 2022 dated December 23, 2022, sanction is accorded to the assigning of look after charge of the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) to the 29 Junior Engineers (Civil) Degree Holders/Diploma holders) in their own pay and grade for a period of six months or till regular promotion/confirmation by JKPSC/DPC.” read an order issued by Shailendra Kumar, Principal Secretary, Public Works (R&B) Department.
As per order, Degree holders who have been assigned look after charge of the post of Assistant Engineer include Suhail Majid Matta, Javed Iqbal War, Altaf Hussain Allie, Shamim Iftikhar Rasool, Manjeet Singh, Zahid Farooq Zonga, Syed Mohd Asgar Rufaie, Mehraj U Din Najar, Vishal Sharma, Mohsin Rashid Najar, Biial Mohd. Wani, Shariq Shafiq while Diploma holders include Abdul Rafiq Sheikh, Harpal Singh, Liyaqat Ali Shah, Mirbaz, Shiekh Zahoor Ahmad, Gh Mohd Lone, Khurshid Alam, Uttam Chand, Zamir Ahmad Thakur, Mushtaq Ahmad Mushtaq, Pawan Kumar, Vishal Dhar, Rattan Kumar Kala, Mukhtar Ul Islam, Syed Nissar Hussain and Nazir Ahmad Shawl.
Consequent to the above, the order stated, these Engineers shall continue at their respective place of postings till further orders except those who are on deputation to JKPCC shall report to JK Sports Council for further posting.
“In continuation to Govt Order No. 116-PW (R&B) of 2022 dated April 1, 2022 and Govt. Order No. 343-PW(R&B) of 2022 dated September 28, 2022, sanction is accorded to the placement of Engineer Raveeza Din (Mech-Degree holder) and Pervaiz Rasheed Chalkoo (Civil-Degree holder) as Assistant Executive Engineer in their own pay and grade,” reads another order.
Consequently, I/c Executive Engineers Aijaz Masood Bhat, R&B Divn Kulqam has been placed at the disposal of GAD for further posting in ACB; Iftikhar Qureshi, awaiting orders for posting in the Department , has been posted to R&B Div Kulgam; Dev Raj Bhagat, ACB to PMGSY Mahore; Syed Ishfaq, PMGSY Anantnag will also hold the additional charge of the post of R&B Div Khanabal with effect from February 1, 2023 in addition to his own duties. Prem Kumar, PMGSY Mendhar will also hold the additional charge of the post of R&B Divn Poonch in addition to his own duties and K.K Khanna, MED, Jammu will also hold the additional charge of the post of MH&CH Division Jammu with effect from February 1, 2023 in addition to his own duties.
I/c Assistant Executive Engineers (AEEs) Raveeza Din, on her placement as I/c AEE (Mechanical) has been posted to SPD, Pampore (Mechanical); Er. Pervaiz Rasheed Chalkoo, on his placement as I/c AEE (Civil), has been posted to PMGSY Bandipora; Er. Muzaffar Hussain Koul, I/c AEE (Civil), awaiting orders of adjustment, has been posted to RRCR, Divn. Srinagar; Er. Tariq Bashir, I/c AEE (Mech), awaiting orders of adjustment, has been placed at the disposal of HU&DD for further posting in MCD, Srinagar; Er. Rahat Gupta, R&B SD City 1st Jammu has been placed at the disposal of General Administration Department for further posting in ACB. I/c Assistant Engineer Goutam Raina, JKPCC has been placed at the disposal of JK Sports Council.
Junior Engineers Rakesh Krotra, Junior Engineer (Civil), JKPCC, JKPCC has been placed at the disposal of JK Sports Council; Changez Ahmad, Junior Engineer (Civil), Mughal Road Projects, Mughal Road has been placed at the disposal of Chief Engineer, R&B, Jammu; Anil Sharma, Junior Engineer (Civil), Estates Department, Jammu has been placed at the disposal of General Administration Department for further posting in ACB; and Farooq Ahmed, R&B Div. Bhaderwah has been placed at the disposal of General Administration Department for further posting in ACB.
