Jammu: The General House meeting of Jammu Municipal Corporation was chaired by Mayor JMC, Rajinder Sharma at Council Hall of JMC in presence of Deputy Mayor, Baldev Singh Billawaria and Commissioner, Rahul Yadav on Friday. The house discussed various developmental issues during the question hour.
The Corporators raised different issues being faced by the people.
Replying to the question raised by the BJP Corporator Gurmeet Kour Randhawa objecting imposition of Property taxes in Jammu Mahanagar, Jammu Mayor Rajinder Sharma said, “No Property Tax shall be imposed in Jammu Mahanagar and if any complaint of harassing the people in the name of property tax by any JMC office is received, the concerned office have will not be spared and have to face the wrath.”
