JAMMU: Justice Sanjay Dhar of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court while hearing two different petitions seeking quashment of detention order, upheld the detention order passed by District Magistrate, Baramulla and District Magistrate, Kulgam and dismissed the petitions of Adnan Shafi Kana, a criminal and Aqib Bashir Teli, Over Ground Worker of TRF outfit.
