JAMMU: Renowned Nephrologist Dr S K Bali joined Democratic Azad Party (DAP) in Jammu on Thursday in presence of party president, Ghulam Nabi Azad and other senior leaders.
Speaking on the occasion, Azad welcomed Dr Bali and said that the party would focus on development in all sectors besides the right to employment and land to the native domiciles as well as the restoration of full statehood.
Meanwhile, in another function, former President Gurdwara Talli Sahib, Jasmeet Singh; Rashmi Sharma social worker, Nissan Khan social worker and many activists joined Democratic Azad Party in presence of senior leader and former Dy Chief Minister Tara Chand, Vinod Mishra and Vicky Mahajan. Others who joined the party included Rakesh Sharma, Naveen Ghai, Vishal Gupta, Akshay Gandotra and Rajinder Singh.
Speaking on the occasion, DAP leaders Vinod Sharma, Corporator JMC Sobat Ali and Gourav Chopra said that only DAP can strengthen the nation and serve people in real sense. Gates of DAP are open for all those who want to serve the people and strengthen ‘Nationalist Forces’, they added.
