JAMMU: Jammu Pharmaceutical Distributors Association (JPDA) felicitated Lotika Khajuria, Controller Drug & Food Control Organisation J&K, during a meeting held at DFCO Patoli, under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan. On the occasion, President JPDA, Rajan Gupta expressed concern over increasing drug menace in society. The President, along with his team discussed various issues regarding infiltration of goods in UT from various sources, which are quite tough to regulate as most of them do not fall under jurisdiction of Drug & Food Control Organisation (DFCO) J&K.
Speaking on the occasion, Lotika Khajuria assured wholehearted support to the trade fraternity for curbing menace of drug abuse as well as import of medicine from unauthorized sources.
Others present on the occasion included Assistant Drug Controller Surinder Tickoo, Sr Vice President JPDA Manohar Verma, General Secretary Brijesh Gupta, Secretary Anil Gupta, Joint Secretary Rakesh Gupta, Joint Secretary Ravinder Gandral and Treasurer Vicky Gupta.
