UDHAMPUR: To create awareness among the youth against Drug Abuse under the Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan, on the directions of Excise Commissioner Pankaj Kumar Sharma and the guidelines of Dy. Excise Commissioner (Executive), Jammu Kusum Sharma, the Excise Range Udhampur-Reasi organised sports events under Nasha Mukt J&K Abhiyan in Govt. Girls High School, Jib (Zone Tikri) District Udhampur under the supervision of Excise & Taxation Officer, Virender Kumar.
The event was made successful by the active cooperation of various school’s staff members. The result was declared on the spot by the Physical Education Teacher of the aforesaid School and the winners of both the teams i.e Kabaddi and Kho-Kho are awarded with trophies.
At last, the students were briefed with the ill effects of drugs and what could be the role of the society to stop the menace of drugs.
