JAMMU: The government on Saturday placed eight Superintending Engineers (SEs) to Chief Engineers (CEs) of Jal Shakti Department.
According to the order issued by Shaleen Kabra, Principal Secretary, Jal Shakti Department, five Superintending Engineers who have been placed as Chief Engineer include Sandeep Dhar, Kuljeet Singh Hans, Virander Kumar Gupta, Manoj Gupta and Rakesh Kumar Gupta.
It further added that three Superintending Engineers have been assigned the charge as Chief Engineer, purely as an interim measure and temporary basis. They include Roop Krishan Raina, Sumeet Kumar Puri and Sunil Bhasin.
Consequently, Jankar Nath, I/c CE on deputation to JKSPDC as CE, Civil Investigation Division, Jammu shall continue on deputation to JKSPDC for posting as Executive Director (Corporate Hgrs.); Humesh Manchanda Chief Engineer, I&FC, Jammu has been posted as Chief Engineer, PHE, Jammu; Sandeep Dhar, being placed/ assigned to the charge as CE has been deputed to JKSPDC for posting as CE, Civil Investigation Division, Kashmir; Kuljeet Singh Hans, being placed/ assigned the charge as CE has been posted as Chief Engineer, RTIC; Manoj Gupta, being placed/ assigned to the charge as CE has been posted as Chief Engineer, I&FC, Jammu; Virander Kumar Gupta, being placed/ assigned the charge as CE has been posted as Chief Engineer, DIQC, J&K; Rakesh Kumar Gupta, being placed/ assigned the charge as CE has been deputed to JKSPDC for posting as CE, Civil Investigation Division, Jammu; Roop Krishan Raina, being placed/assigned the charge as CE has been deputed to JKSPDC for posting as CE (Civil), Baglihar Hydro Electric Project; Sumeet Kumar Puri, being placed/ assigned the charge as CE has been deputed to the Union Territory of Ladakh for posting as Chief Engineer, PHE/I&FC, Ladakh on standard terms of deputation. He shall report to the Secretary, GAD. UTL; Sunil Bhasin, being placed/ assigned the charge as CE has been deputed to JKSPDC for further posting to Ratle Hydro Electric Power Corporation Limited.
