JAMMU: As a part of the community awareness programme under Asian Development Bank (ADB) funded JKUSDIP with an aim to generate awareness, Jammu and Kashmir Economic Reconstruction Agency (ERA) on Sunday organised a social mobilisation campaign for the local residents at Ramlila Maidan, Paloura, here.
This was organised to promote community led water conservation and sanitation initiatives among the people of Jammu.
Nearly 60 people participated in the programme in which an effort was made to assess the knowledge level of the participants and their practices regarding water and waste management at home and in the neighbourhood.
Detailed discussion was held on how to use water optimally waste can be recycled, reused, reproduced and be used as resource.
