J&K Govt orders transfers and postings of Three IAS officers

In the interest of administration, the following transfers and postings are hereby ordered with immediate effect:

1. Bhupinder Kumar, IAS, Transport Commissioner, J&K is transferred and posted as Administrative Secretary, Health & Medical Education Department.
2. Dr. Piyush Singla, IAS, Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag is transferred and posted as Administrative Secretary, General Administration Department.
3. Rahul Sharma, IAS, Secretary in the General Administration Department is transferred and posted as Transport Commissioner, J&K.
