JAMMU: General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) General Secretary Tarun Chugh wrote a letter to National Commission for Schedule Caste Chairman Vijay Sampla for taking strict action against the teacher of a private school for beating a student to death.
Chugh said that the student was mercilessly beaten by the teacher and later shifted to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
Chugh has requested the SC Commission to constitute a team against the accused teacher under the SC Act to give him stringent punishment and provide fair justice to the family of the victim.
