JKPS Kunjwani excels in 20th National Tenshikan Karate Championship

JAMMU: In the 20th National Tenshikan Karate Championship held from June 23 to 28, 2022 at Nanital (Uttarakhand), students of JK Public School Kunjwani brought laurels to the school by winning two silvers and two bronze medals.
The championship was held under the banner of Tenshinkan Shotokan-Ryu Karate Federation of India and approved by Karate Association of India (KAI).
In the U-17 category, Harshjot Singh Saini won silver medal and Rajan Singh Saini won bronze medal. Whereas in the U-14 category, Shreya Bhagat won silver medal and Sehaj Marwah won bronze medal.
The School Principal Rajesh Rathore and the school Management congratulated the winners for their brilliant performance and applauded the Coach Gopal Dass for preparing the students for the national level platform.
JK Public School Kunjwani has always remained a center for a great number of activities. Ample opportunities are provided to the children to play and prove their mettle in various sports and games at school, cluster, regional, National and international level competitions.
