‘Nehru, Sheikh are Mukherjee’s murderers’

JAMMU: Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former Deputy Chief Minister, Kavinder Gupta, while asserting that PM Narendra Modi fulfilled the dream of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee on 5th August, 2019 with abrogation of Article 370, has termed the then PM Jawahar Lal Nehru and Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah as Dr Mukherjee’s murderers.
The former Dy CM stated this while addressing a gathering after conducting a plantation drive on the birth anniversary of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee here today where was accompanied by Vinay Gupta District President BJP.
It is pertinent to mention here that today’s celebration was part of the fortnight celebrations which commenced on the Balidan Diwas of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee across the nation and concluded here.
In his address, Kavinder threw light on the life history of Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee asserting that with the abrogation of Article 370 and enforcing ‘One Flag One Constitution’ principle in Jammu and Kashmir, the Bharatiya Janata Party Govt at the Centre led by PM Narendra Modi finally fulfilled the dream of Dr Shama Prasad Mukherjee on 5th August, 2019.
He said that Mukherjee sacrificed his life for this very cause. He accused the then Prime Minister Jawahar Lal Nehru and Late Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah of having murdered Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee to safeguard their personal interests.
Kavinder castigated the Congress Party of having betrayed the nation for about seven decades by not only following appeasement policy leading to a communal divide and hatred but even hobnobbed with the enemies like Pakistan and China to promote antinational elements within the nation.
He said that it is due to the policies followed by Congress leaders and their successive regimes at the Centre that Kashmir become a hotbed of terrorism with the nation having to pay through nose.
He said that the real face of Congress stands totally exposed before the people of this nation with Rahul Gandhi travelling to other nations and defaming his own country and the people of the world’s largest democracy.
The former deputy Chief Minister stated that Bharatiya Janata Party with Union Govt led by PM Modi has reigned in not only the terrorists but all the mafias who had conspired to disintegrate the nation. He said that people are quite happy and satisfied with the Modi led Govt and know fully who has betrayed the nation at every step.
Prominent among others present on the occasion were Bharat Bhushan Mandal President, Narinder Koki, Davinder Vaid, Naveen Gupta, Hardev Singh, Meetu Sharma, Pushpinder Charak, Balwan Singh, Poonam Mahajan and Sangeeta Sharma.
Meanwhile, Kavinder Gupta also performed Aarti of Bhagwan Jagannath during a programme at Channi Himmat here today. He paid obeisance to Bhagwan Jagannath and prayed for peace and prosperity of Jammu and Kashmir and its people.
