Sanction is hereby accorded to the nomination of Department of Forest, Ecology & Environment as Nodal Department to coordinate and submit Action Taken report, in consultation with all concerned Departments, as per the ‘Advisory to Prevent, Minimize and Mitigate Impacts of Environmental Pollution and Degradation on Human Rights’ notified by the National Human Rights Commission.
