JAMMU: In a series of ongoing programmes under Civic Action Programme (CAP), District Police Jammu organised a Bharat Darshan tour for youth of the district which include 58 males and 7 females.
The tour was flagged off by ADGP Jammu Zone Mukesh Singh, accompanied by Chandan Kohli along with SP Hqrs Ramnish Gupta, (Nodal Officer), SP Rural Sanjay Sharma, SP North Kulbir Handa, SP OPS Naresh Singh, SP City South Mamta Sharma, DySP DAR DPL Jammu K.D. Bhagat, and SDPO South Sachit Sharma.
These youth will travel by air to Delhi and Bangalore and shall visit different historical locations and marvels of India, Mukesh Singh said.
Mukesh Singh and Chandan Kohli, while interacting with the students, told them that it is an opportunity for them to enhance their knowledge and the programme is aimed upon the idea of unity in diversity.
Moreover, youths were also advised to avail such opportunities to enrich their knowledge by visiting historical places and marvels of country by exploring about their outstanding history.
