RAJOURI: Derilerote A outplayed Super Star Manjakote in the final and won the trophy of Girls Volleyball Championship organised by Romeo Force on collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council and Volleyball Association of Rajouri, which concluded on Monday at Government Higher Secondary School Manjakote, here. A total of six teams took part in the championship.
In the final match played today, Derilerote A defeated Super Star Manjakote by straight 2-0 (25-21, 25-18) sets.
In the closing ceremony, Col. R.S Thakur was the Chief Guest and Mohd Tariq Incharge Volleyball Association Rajouri was the Special Guest. They gave away trophies to winner and runner-up teams.
Others present were Samreen Anjum Sarpanch Manjakote, Ruksana Kouser Sarpanche Dehri Dhara, Mohd Sabar Khan Sarpanch Hayatpur, Mohd Latief Sarpanch Mangalna and Bashier Ahmed Incharge Sports Stadium Rajouri.
Today’s match was officiated by Shabir Khan, Rashid Khan, Jameel Hussain, Mohd Sagir and Shakeel Khan.
