JAMMU: The Government on Friday assigned additional charge to IAS and JKAS officer and transferred two officers. According to the order issued by Rahul Sharma, Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD), Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, IAS (AGMUT:1997), Principal Secretary, GAD shall hold charge of the Administrative Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department and Amit Sharma, JKAS, Secretary to the Government, ARI and Trainings Department shall hold the charge of the Administrative Secretary, Mining Department in addition to their own duties till further order. As per another order, Mohammad Ashraf Bhat, JKAS, Special Secretary, Youth Services and Sports Department has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Skill Development Department and Garbi Rashid, JKAS, Collector, Land Acquisition, Northern Railways, Udhampur/Reasi, holding additional charge of Collector, Land Acquisition, Defence, Udhampur has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary to the Government, Youth Services and Sports Department.
