JAMMU: Justice Bansi Lal Bhat of J and K High Court Jammu Wing observed that official respondents shall consider the case regarding transfer and adjustment of Mohinder Singh, who was serving as Dental Surgeon at PHC Dansal since February 2008, as Deputy Medical Superintendent in Indira Gandhi Government Dental College Jammu in light of recommendation made by the Director Health Services adding that this exercise shall be done within a period of one week.
The observation was made in response to petition filed by Mohinder Singh, who is aggrieved of being ignored while effecting the transfers of Dental Surgeons during the span of last about seven years despite the fact that recommendations have been made twice for his adjustment as Deputy Medical Superintendent in Indira Gandhi Government Dental College Jammu by Director Health Services Jammu.
