JAMMU: Astrokids, playway and primary school, Sainik Colony Jammu organised a visit for their kids to Police Station Channi Himmat .
The visit was part of programme organised under the theme ‘Community Helpers’ to familiarise the kids about the working of the police officer as community helper in maintaining the law and order and safe guarding the public.
Kids of the school enjoyed their stay at the police station.
Excited to see the policemen in uniforms the kids also visited the control room of the police station felt curious to see their equipment. Kids also inquired about various things from the police officers and were keen to know how they catch thieves and other criminals.
SDPO City East Jammu, Rafiq Manhas, SHO Police Station Channi Himmat and police personal motivated them to become good citizen and serve their nation as Smart Kids. Chairperson Archana Sharma along with the staff thanked the officials for spending time with kids.
