SRINAGAR: The KAS Association organized a condolence meeting under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary (CS), Mohammad Iqbal Khanday at Civil Secretariat here on Wednesday to condole the sad demise of Yasir Arfat, ACD Kishtwar, who lost his life in a tragic road accident at Kishtwar on 7th October.
Enumerate the qualities of the late officer, the Chief Secretary maintained that the officer was dynamic, noble and people friendly. He expressed sympathies with the bereaved family.
Khandey also condoled the demise of those who lost their lives in recent floods and cross border firing in the State. He also expressed solidarity with the families who suffered loss of properties during the recent floods and cross border firing.
