JAMMU: The 84th Local Board of Administration meeting of Sainik School Nagrota was held on Friday.
The meeting was chaired by Major General Gajendra Prasad, Chief of Staff, Headquarters, 16 Corps and Chairman LBA, Sainik School Nagrota. V,K Dhar Deputy Secretary, Education Department, J&K, Mohd Jawed Javed, Joint Director, Dharshan Lal Joint Director, Sarv Shiksha Abhiyan, Jammu, Brij Lal Field Advisor, SIE Jammu, A.K Kaul, DEPO and Suresh Khajuria, Parent Member also attended the meeting. Colonel Kapil Dev Koushal, Principal and Member Secretary apprised the board about the remarkable performance of cadets in UPSC as well as CBSE Examinations and the progress on the academic and administrative activities of the school.
The chairman and the members lauded the
efforts of school on
achieving excellent UPSC NDA results wherein 22 cadets of the school qualified written examination and 10 of them cleared SSB interview.
