KATRA: A seven days long Bhagwat Katha has been organised by Shiv Darshan Mandir Committee in Shiv Mandir situated on Ban Ganga Road Katra for peace and prosperity of the people of State in general and people of Katra in particular.
Additional Chief Executive Officer of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board M. Kumar on Monday the 5th day lighted the lamp. Sermons of Bhagwat Katha are being delivered by Shri Gurdev Ji Maharaj from Vrindaban Dham along with a team of musicians.
Amir Chand Chief Pujari of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine , SDM Katra , SDPO Katra , SHO and other prominent persons of the area besides other devotees reached Shiv Mandir and paid their obeisance. Chief Achariyha Brahma Ji and President Shiv Darshan Mandir Committee Harish Dubey were also present.
