JAMMU: Kanwal Sports (KS) Anantnag FC on Wednesday registered win against Udhampur FC via tie-breaker by four goals to three in the ongoing Fifth Christmas Soccer Championship, organized by Christian Sports Organization in collaboration with J and K Football Association at Parade Ground, here.
During the stipulated time of the match, both the teams scored two goals each. For KS Anantnag, Qasim scored first goal in 23rd minute while second goal came through plenty by Adil Shafi in 20th minute. For Udhampur FC, Sanjay and Tushar scored the goals in 57th and 65th minutes respectively. Earlier in the first match Kathua FC got walk over.
In today’s match, Vivek Shekhar Dy SP City was the Chief Guest who was introduced with the participating teams.
The match was officiated by Vijay kumar (Ricky), Rocky and Rajinder Singh.
Fixture: Shaheen FC v/s Jammu United from Pool-A at 11:30 AM and NGR FC v/s Mussa FC from Pool-B at 2:30 PM.
