KATHUA: A National Lok Adalat was held on Saturday in the District Court Complex Kathua under the chairmanship of Chairman District Legal Services Authority Kathua, Sanjay Dhar (Principal District and Sessions Judge Kathua).
The National Lok Adalat comprised of two Benches. Bench No. 1 was comprised of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kathua Deepak Sethi and District Mobile Magistrate Kathua, Dinesh Gupta.
Bench No. 2 was comprised of Special Mobile Magistrate Kathua, Sudesh Sharma and Retainer Lawyer TLSC, Kathua Sunita Devi.
About 59 cases were disposed off where in 13 cases relating to family matters and 40 cases relating to labour matters were disposed off and a fine of Rs.9,000 was also realised on the spot.
