POONCH: In an effort to check violations of traffic rules, Mobile Magistrate Manzoor Khan on Monday Challaned 50 vehicles for plying without valid documents and overloading. He also recovered a fine of Rs 8, 000 from the defaulters.
The Mobile Magistrate laid Nakas at Nakhanwali Road and at Sher-e-Kashmir Bridge in which all the vehicles were checked. He cautioned the vehicle operators to strictly follow the traffic norms.
He also seized five vehicles and five music system of the vehicles were made non-functional.
DTI Altaf Hussain and ATI M.H Shah were also present during the Nakas.
