JAMMU: Police on Saturday arrested three gamblers and recovered Rs 50,300 stake money from the gambling spot.
According to a report, on a specific input a police party from Gandhi Nagar Police Station conducted a raid a park near Dr. Madaan Nursing Home Gandhinagar and arrested three gamblers along with Rs 50300 stake money.
The gamblers were identified as Suram Chand son of Om Parkash resident of Udhampur Barmeen, Balwinder Singh son of Kuldeep Singh resident of Rani Bagh and Charanjeet Singh alias Rajat son of Mohinder Singh resident of House No 66 Sec 3 Model Town Digiana and were booked under Gambling Act.
