JAMMU: Aditi and Kanak Sharma of KC Public School took part in the Second Indo-Nepal Youth Rural Games and Sports Meet held at Bhairwa, Nepal from 22nd to 27th April, 2015. They played three matches in Badminton doubles in the event and emerged winners in their age category.
The event was organized under the aegis of Youth Rural Games and Sports Federation of India. The students were escorted to the event in Nepal by their coach Irfan Chowdhary and Rita Sharma as the team manager. They returned home safely despite the devastating earth-quake that hit Nepal around that time.
