In the interest of administration, the services of Junior Scale officers of 2020 batch of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service, as per the details forming annexure – A to this Government Order, are hereby placed at the disposal of the Department of Rural Development & Panchayati Raj, for further posting as Block Development Officers against the clear vacancies.
