SRINAGAR: The State Government on Thursday transferred 26 Kashmir Administrative Service (KAS) officers:
Mufti-M-Fareed-ud-din, KAS, awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Relief Organization (Migrants), Kashmir, Pankaj Magotra, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Appeals), Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary, General Administration Department, Pawan Singh Rathore, KAS, Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Poonch, as Additional Secretary, Industries and Commerce Department. Additional Deputy Commissioner, Poonch shall hold the charge of the post of Chief Executive Officer, Poonch Development Authority, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.
M.D Rather, KAS, Member, J&K Services Selection Board, has been transferred and posted as General Manager, DIC, Baramulla, Mohammad Yousuf Mir, KAS, awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Srinagar, Shubra Sharma, KAS, Deputy Excise Commissioner (Accounts), Jammu, as Deputy Commissioner, Relief Organization (Migrants), Jammu, T.K. Bhat, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Vigilance and Inspections), Jammu, as Additional Secretary, Finance Department, Dara Singh Kotwal, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Stamps), Jammu, has been transferred and shall await further orders in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Jammu.
Nazir Ahmad Khwaja, KAS, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Baramulla, has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, Moses Kunzang, KAS, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Kargil, as Additional Deputy Commissioner, Leh, Harvinder Kour, KAS, Deputy Commissioner, Relief Organization (Migrants), Jammu, as Principal, Revenue Training Institute, Jammu, Vipan Kumari, KAS, awaiting orders of posting in the General Administration Department, has been posted as Registrar, Government College of Engineering and Technology, Jammu.
Rishpal Singh, KAS, Deputy Chief Electoral Officer in the office of Chief Electoral Officer, J&K, has been transferred and posted as Director, Land Management, Jammu Development Authority and Raman Kumar Kesar, KAS, Deputy Chief Electoral Officer is re-designated as Joint Chief Electoral Officer and ex-officio Additional Secretary to the government. Khalid Majeed, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Vigilance and Inspections), Jammu, Vishesh Pal Mahajan, KAS, Additional Secretary/Private Secretary to the Governor, as Joint Director, Tourism, Jammu, Bharat Singh, KAS, Additional Secretary to the Government, Finance Department, as Deputy Commissioner, Commercial Taxes (Stamps), Jammu, Sham Lal, KAS, Secretary, J&K State Advisory Board for Development and Welfare of Scheduled Castes, as Additional Secretary, Cooperatives Department. He shall take over the charge of the post immediately after his return from the Amarnath Shrine Board Yatra duty, where he is deployed as one of the Camp Director/Additional Camp Director.

He shall take over the charge of the post immediately after his return from the Shri AmarnathJi Shrine Board Yatra duty, where he is deployed as one of the Camp Director/Additional Camp Director.
