POONCH : A traffic Naka was laid by Mobile Magistrate Poonch Manzoor Ahmed Khan on Saturday in which he Challaned 25 vehicles and recovered a fine of Rs 7,200.
The Magistrate Challaned these vehicles for over loading besides other violations of traffic rules. He took strong notice of using mobile phones while driving and recovered a fine of Rs 1,000 from one Zeshan Rana son of MLA Mendhar Javed Ahmed Rana who was found using mobile phone while driving.
The Mobile Magistrate issued strict warning that such violations will attract stern action against the violators including seizing of the vehicles.
