JAMMU: Secretary Department, Industries and Commerce and Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir are among twenty-five members of Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (JKAS), to retire on attaining the age of superannuation during the calendar year 2023. As per a GAD notification, those would attain the age of superannuation in 2023 include Abhay Ram Gupta Deputy District Election Officer, Kathua, Iftikhar Rasool Hamdani Deputy Secretary, J-K Public Service Commission and Anjali Fotedar Deputy Secretary, Department of Disaster Management, Relief, Rehabilitation and Reconstruction in January 31, 2023; Choudhary Mohammad Rashid Special Secretary, Floriculture, Parks and Gardens Department on February 28, 2023; Manzoor Hussain Additional District Development Commissioner, Shopian, Masooda Akhter Deputy Director, Social Welfare, ICDS, Kashmir and Mushtaq Ahmad Wani Deputy Director, District Employment & Counseling Centre Budgam on March 31, 2023; Babu Ram Additional Secretary to the Government, Agriculture Production Department, Mohammad Altaf Wani Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Kokemag. Irshad Ahmad Rather, Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Budgam; Bashir Ahmad Bhat Joint Secretary in the J-K Sports Council, Srinagar and Meharaj ud Din Wani, Deputy District Officer, Kupwara on April 30, 2023; Kusum Badyal Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Abdul Salam Mir Director, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs, Kashmir, Syed Muried Hussain Shah Additional Secretary, ARI and Trainings Department, Shahida Parveen Programme Officer, ICDS Project, Doda, and Archana Raina Deputy Secretary, Social Welfare Department will retire on May 31, 2023; Masood Ahmad Qazi Revenue Attorney in the office of Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir in June 30, 2023; Zamir Ahmad Rishu Awaiting orders of adjustment in the General Administration Department in July 31, 2023: Mohd Yaqoob Dar Administrative Officer, Government Medical College, Anantnag and Amresh Kotwal, Deputy District Officer, Doda in August 31, 2023; Ramesh Chander Additional District Development Commissioner, Jammu, Devinder Paul Deputy Commissioner Commercial Taxes, State Taxes (Stamps), Jammu and Dewakar Khajuria Deputy District Election Officer, Samba on September 30, 2023; and Dr Rajinder Kumar Additional Secretary to the Government, Information Technology Department in December 31, 2023.
