BARAMULLA: As per the notification issued by the Commission headed by Justice M.L Koul who has to inquire into the killing of the people during stone pelting in the year 2010, any person of District Baramulla who want to file his complaint /Affidavit regarding any incident which occurred in the district shall have to register the same with Additional District Magistrate Baramulla in DC Office Baramulla within a period of 30 days. The complaint/affidavit can be received between 11:00a.m to 04:00 p.m. on any working day for its onward submission to the said Commission constituted for the purpose.
